  6. and the system will skip into the Amazon general ledger and automatically
  7. display the journal relating to the selected transaction. The user can report
  8. on the items due for payment and make manual adjustments to the pay list as
  9. required. Manual payment and allocation options are also provided. Cash can be
  10. paid and allocated in a single entry, or can be paid first and allocated later.
  11. The payment and allocations include fully manual on-screen point and pick, by
  12. reference or by oldest first. Unallocated cash can also be posted.
